Surgery Center

Overview

urgery requires a high degree of accuracy, competence, experience, a thorough knowledge of organ anatomy, and a correct method for choosing the most appropriate surgical intervention based on case information. We give the surgery department a significant priority due to its wide applications. We rely on a trained medical-surgical staff with the latest medical devices and equipment to provide exceptional health care.

The surgical team includes the anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, technicians, and others, starting from diagnosing the disease correctly, assessing the situation, and choosing the appropriate medical procedure, whether complicated or straightforward. Our mantra is “Nothing is Impossible.”

The North tower has an entire floor dedicated to significant surgeries; our 10 ORs are designed for primary and complex surgeries, these rooms have the latest multifunctional surgical tables, allowing the surgeon to position the patient correctly and safely during complicated and long surgeries.

The center also includes a hybrid OR equipped with the latest angiogram device and an O-arm device, enabling the surgeons to view real-time diagnostic images during the surgery.

Surgical navigation technology allows endoscopic operations to minimize surgical incisions and help the patient make a fast recovery.

The science of surgery is one of the largest and most complex sciences of medicine, it is concerned with the minute details in the human body, so it is constantly developing.

We strive to provide a distinguished surgical service through the one-day surgery department, where you can be admitted to the hospital, undergo surgery, and return home on the same day.

At Almoosa Specialist Hospital, we are always keen to reduce the length of stay as much as possible by shifting our operations to the one-day surgery department, where short-acting anesthesia and advanced surgical techniques are used.
