The division of Infectious Diseases provides a full range of diagnostic, consultation, evaluation, treatment and prevention services for a wide variety of infectious disease-related problems in both inpatient and ambulatory service, adult and pediatrics.

  • Ambulatory Services

    Ambulatory services include, but are not limited to the following:
    1. General Infectious Diseases
    2. High risk vaccination and catch-up vaccines.
    3. Congenital Infectious Diseases
    4. HIV and sexually transmitted infections
    5. Tuberculosis
    6. Infections related to immunodeficiency
    7. Travel medicine and tropical diseases
    8. Bone and joint infections

  • Preventive Vaccinations

    The Division of Infectious Diseases collaborates with the Prevention and Control of Infection Department to ensure patient safety and prevention of infections. List of vaccines provided for preventable diseases includes:
    1. Influenza
    2. Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis
    3. Haemophilusinfluenzae type b
    4. Hepatitis B
    5. Hepatitis A
    6. Rotavirus
    7. BCG
    8. Poliomyelitis
    9. Tuberculosis
    10. Meningococcal
    11. Pneumococcal
    12. Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
